So, I was going to ship a computer. Scheduled it to be picked up 3 days ago. finally they come today.
I show them the computer and the guy says. "If it gets broken its not our fault". I asked them what he meant, and he says people throw packages around. I told him if they didn't throw packages, stuff wouldn't get broken. he says they all throw just to make things faster.
I told him that the box is marked fragile. He says it doesn't matter. I then asked him why they didn't pick up for 3 days, and he says they are so busy delivering packages for Chuseok that they are backed up.
I then asked him if people get angry when all their Chuseok gifts end up broken because their company throws boxes. He says he doesn't know and if he doesn't pick up the computer now, then he has to go on the next pickup.
On one hand its great that he was honest about package throwing. On the other hand, he openly admits they throw packages with enough force that they get broken, so the company has no "insurance" on broken items.

| Regardless of how they handle the packages you're taking the chance of losing the datas on your HDD. I doubt anything will get broken though. If you haven't sent it out yet, better divide it into 2 seperate packages, one for HDD, PCI cards, another for the rest. |
