http://www.koreatimes.co.kr/www/news/nation/2009/09/117_52633.html

Quote:
A ring of 10 thieves were apprehended Monday for stealing valuables and cash, estimated to be worth about 10 billion won, in wealthy neighborhoods in Seoul.

A police officer said that many of those whose houses were cleaned up either underreported how much they had stolen or made no report to police at all.
......

The police said that these thieves descended from the rooftop by ropes and picked safes with their self-made drivers.

They knew these apartments were old and closed-circuit video monitors were not working properly, the police said.

They were divided into scouts, couriers, intruders and benders, who were responsible for selling the valuables, the police investigators said.

"They took less than one minute to pick any safe," a police investigator said. "Kim, the ring leader, was better than Cho the Robin Hood."

The price is upscale haha.

Have they all been remodelled on the inside? If not they are probably the worst value for money apartments in the world.
