| As cast iron is apparently the healthiest choice for cooking, I'd like to buy one. Does anyone know where they're sold? |

| Cooking on cast iron (which i do) involves a different style of cooking than on teflon/stanless steel. Remember that cast iron will just keep getting hotter and hotter, even with the stove set on low. It holds heat a very long time. Often I'm cooking with the stove off. Oh, invest in oven mitts. That or burn ointment. |
