| someone posted some info a while ago about where to buy gyotang cardu's. a specific bank? how much to buy one? i tried to buy one from a street vendor and she said she only refills time on them, doesnt sell the actual cards themselves. |

| 12,000 won. It was possible she was out of cards. Most places that have the signs, sell the cards. |
