Why not just use a Canadian or US flower shop`s site? Depending on the country. Must be in English and probably cheaper than any Korean to international service.

I`d use my Korean credit card on the site back in the States...lol. You dont have a buddy back in the US who could card it for you?

My VISA is a KEB visa first then check and ATM card second. I don`t know which one you have. I used it on US sites without a problem before. Maybe you need to tell your bank to allow it for overseas transactions. They might be blocking it because they think it`s fraud?

Ah. I think that`s why it doesn`t work on the flower sites in the States. Check cards only work in Korea only. The VISA sign is false advertising because you would get a statement every month like I do.
