if any of the forum experts could please advise...
where is the best value to change PESO to WON...in the Philippines or Korea?

If you are selling pesos and buying won, do it at the airport in Korea.
The difference between that rate (peso to won IN Korea) and the one you get buying dollars here and changing dollars to won there is less than 1%.
Why bother with the hassle (your time is worth more than you save) to save a couple chunwon unless you are talking about millions of pesos. |
