I just bought his CD. NO, seriously I paid for it. 14,000 Won. I really like it. If you're not sure who I'm talking about, check this out:

I'm so glad that I found some Korean music that wasn't recommened by my students.

Drunken Tiger are pretty much the best Korean music out there that I have heard. Epik High are also good. DT have quite a few albums but I think volumes 2 & 3 are among the best.

I think technically they are Korean-American (but whose counting). They have toured in Korea with Wu Tang before. Great beats and lyrics as well...

Hilarious, since it's not a Kung Fu style. Laughing

DT is great, although they seriously need to make better MV. DJ DOC is coming out with a new album soon. My #2 would be Epik High, and then you got MC Mong that has some catchy yet childish tunes, others like CB Mass, MC Sniper, Outsider, PSY, TBNY, Dynamite, 1TYM...i don't really consider Big Bang or Seotaiji as "hip hop" myself.

If you like Drunken Tiger, you may like Lee Ssang. I like both of them and the Buga Kingz and Stoney Skunk.
