Hi,

I've tried doing some searches but I can't find any information about whether or not SK, or any other Korean ISP for that matter, has any bandwidth caps in place.

I don't want to get slammed with a giant fee at the end of this month because I just didn't know.

Thanks.

There is no cap and no extra billing from ISPs in Korea.

You have full access to everything you can use (subject to bandwidth throttles depending on your plan).

FTTH (fiber to home) = no throttle limit.
megapass light has a theoretical limit of 10 mbps (but in reality is usually less).

The rest of the plans are somewhere in between.
