Hi, I am looking to go to Suwon in February and want to teach in an elementary school there. I could use some input from those who have had good experiences with specific schools. Thanks! |

Suwon is quite large and so you can have very different experiences depending on where in Suwon you live. If you have a choice, ask to either be in the Suwon Station area (ideal) or else a "new" part of Suwon. Suwon gets a lot of slack but it's not so bad. |

I lived in Suwon for a year and I really liked it, even though it was certainly not one of the nicer parts of the city (eg Yeongtong). I worked for a franchise called Maple Bear, which is a hagwon that mostly has kindergarten students. |
