In the middle of the friggin road when they have an accident. A bus and a car just hit each other and they are sitting in the middle of the road talking about it and almost causing so many other accidents. Funny thing is two cop cars have driven by and just ignored the accident. Anyways what a stupid thing to do after an accident. Would it be so tough to pull over to the side and talk about it.

The adjustor has to arrive and assign blame--so everything has to remain in place. I was once in a tunnel for over an hour because two cars ahead of me had swiped each other and, in coming to a halt, blocked both tunnel lanes...

I saw two accidents on my way home. They were the first two I had seen in Korea. At the first one officers came and spray painted the tire outlines of the two cars. I guess the holidays make people go crazy in every country.
