there are 2 four digit passwords.
the first 1 you set up at the bank. you typed it twice into the keypad at the teller window. you probably picked the same code as your ATM card.
the second code is a four digit security code that is based on a code card given to you by the bank.
the website will show you 2 numbers and you find those numbers on the card and type in the 2 numbers that follow that number. then the website shows you 2 more numbers and you type the 2 numbers that follow that number. |

You create an internet banking account at your local branch. Take your co-teacher with you for help.
When you create an account NH gives you a passbook (made of paper), charge card for ATM and a another thin plastic card with table full of numbers on the back. This is not your 4 digit account PIN number.
I think it goes like this when you log on to NH internet-banking site.
1. enter PIN 4 digit
2. enter password alphanumeric
3. Get the card and look at the pictures on your screen. From the card enter the requested numbers.
It's a brave new world.

Just to add to this, I was in this year's crop of EPIK teachers who came over in mid August. EPIK opened accounts for each of us. They did not add the internet banking feature at that time.
Later when I went to the bank to add internet banking they told me it was impossible. Since EPIK opened my account before I had my ARC, the bank had to use a randomly assigned number for my ID number.
When the bank went to add internet banking there was a conflict. They could not add internet banking without my ARC - but the number on my ARC did not match the ID number on my account.
So I had to open a new account using the steps above. So far so good but there are still a few problems due to the original EPIK created account. |

If this is your first time accessing the site you must use the password given to you at the bank. It is at the top of the sheet of paper that was printed out.
After the first login you change that password.
