|
|
Hey everyone! It's been a while and my first semester is almost over! Anyways, I'm wondering what the scoop is for summer jobs? Do any jobs exist out there that offer you to come to Korea in May or June and to work through August?
I know they probably don't pay for airfare, but that's ok. I'd like to come back for just a couple of months to reconnect with my friends. Any recruiters I should know about?
Thanks for the tips!

If you have a degree, try for a September start. |

There are camp jobs, but the longest I've seen has been a 4 week camp that paid pretty bad for the amount of hours one has to work.
There is no "summer" work as it were, as kids are only off for about 5-6 weeks.
Ignore the guy posting previous to me, I guess he couldn't understand your title. |

Summer camp sounds like a good way to put your new learning to use, Jesse. Might be too early for ads, you know how they love to hire last minute, but it's always a good time to start researching the C-4(?) visa process? Find out if there's a way to parlay it into a tourist visa (Japan run?) after camp is done and you've had a chance to pick up some jack to get around a couple weeks visiting.
How's the grad school experience? Everything you hoped it would be and more? |
