I both love and hate Korea, but one thing I love is bank transfers. All of my bills can be paid at an atm. It's so simple. I go to an atm, I put in my card, push a few buttons and my rent/internet/utilities are paid. Does America have anything like this available yet?

This may have been available in other states, but I found nothing like it in Washington State when I was a resident.

Online bill pay is exceedingly easy. You just log into your account at your home computer, press a few buttons and you're done.

I've been able to do that for years in the US

You can set it up so they just draw it from your bank account automatically now....no need to even stand up.
