I'm trying to get someone to take over my contract, post haste. You can take over my contract, which goes until April, or sign a new year long contract.

It is furnished. There are two bedrooms, one pretty nice bedroom with a big cozy bed and a row of wardrobes. The other bedroom is a little smaller, wardrobes but no bed... I keep a sleeping mat and blankets in there and am totally comfortable... sleep in there a lot of the time, actually.

Between the bedrooms is a decent-sized living room with a TV I will probably leave. It's on a table, in front of a couch. The kitchen is great. Nice table and huge refrigerator. Dishes are included. I'll leave everything, basically, and I've been living comfortably here since April. I'll leave the internet connection, as long as you pay the 100,000W deposit, which will be refunded in April.


It's a ten minute walk from Noksapyeong Station, up the hill from Indigo's. Key money is 10,000,000W for a 500,000W per month rent, or way less key money for 550,000W rent. No real estate fee.
