I can do my own laundry but I despise ironing with every particle of my being. It's just a 3-4 pair of trousers and a double handful of dress shirts. I'd probably need them done every 10 days or so. I've seen a laundry or two on my way to work. Does anyone know if they will do ironing only? I suppose it might depend on the individual laundry. How would I ask, in Korean, if they will just iron my things?

Any ideas of a ballpark figure that they might ask for? Also, if they do provide that service, should I take my things on hangers or just in a bag?

Thanks for any advice. |

Absolutely!! I used to do it frequently because my last Korean home help when I was still married was HOPELESS at ironing.

What you need to say to the dry cleaner's is *dah-rim man hae-joosayo*. Only ironing, please. They will probably confirm it by asking *bah-lae mah-ri-gorh? Dah-rim man?* Man means only.

My dry cleaner charges 1,000 for a shirt and 1,500 for pants, btw. |
