I want to paint the walls of my apartment. Can anyone recommend a place that has a good range of house paint?

Have you talked to your landlord or the school about painting your apartment?

The only places where I see paint is in buildings, not private homes. Almost every private home has wallpaper.

Thanks. This means paint is not readily available? That's lame.

Ok how about wallpaper then? Do they sell that at any of the usual shopping marts?

I always renovate my apartment in Korea. There are two companies I
know of to get paint mixed to any colour you want. (same as in western
countries)

1/ www.kccworld.co.kr Go to this site and click on English, then
"Customer Support", Then "Color Simulation". You can choose colours
here. Pretty cool program.

2/ Do a Naver/Daum search for Frazee. This is a Californian company,
but the last paint I bought was this make. I bought a deep red latex for
the walls, white latex for the ceilings and white enamel for the doors.

Anyway, you will need a Korean speaker's help regardless of what paint
you choose. They will deliver the paint to your door.

Cohiba, did you by any chance paint over wallpaper? If not, did you peel it off and was it easy? Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I don't know what Cohiba did, but I have ordered paint from both the
above places. Yes, just paint over the wallpaper. Glue down any patches
that are coming loose first.

In my opinion, the KCC paint is superior. Really thick and covers in one
or two coats completely.
