The Foreign Mart has tahini paste and I think I've seen falafel mix there too or maybe it was at Haddon House. |

google is your friend.
Make your own, all you need is a food processer/blender
Humus can be made with any kind of bean.
This is the land of sesame seeds.

Walking up the hill in Itaewon take the first left just past "What the Book?" and about ten meters up on your left is a place called "Marhaba Mart" that has all of the above. |

Great, thanks for the tips. I'm ideally looking for a place that does delivery/shipping, as i live 4 hours out of Seoul. Anyone? |

I was looking for tahini a while back and checked out the foreign market and all they had was a tiny tiny jar of tahina (the mixed dip made mostly of tahini) for 15,000W. They told me it was expensive because they had to bring it in by airplane.
If you need just a little bit - I could give you a little (I had my sister bring me 2 small jars of them when she came to visit). I regularly make hummus (which is easy to make and so much better than store bought). |

Also in terms of falafel mix... why don't you just grind up some chickpeas? The dried stuff (which is what you want) is just like 3500 for a kilo @ foreign market and you just need some spices to go along with it. You don't need tahini for it. I can give you a good recipe if you want it and it's very cheap to make. |

Any chance anyone knows where to get labneh? While we're on the topic of middle eastern food. I really really want some! |

I may end up making my own stuff, i have done it before with hummous and baba ganoush, but I really was wondering if it's possible to just buy it. No muss, no fuss.
On the topic of making your own, I followed this guys recipe for making yogurt and it turned out pretty good. He has a labneh recipe here and it looks pretty easy:
