I've always received my monthly credit card statements from Hana Bank via e-mail. Up until last month, I was able to open the attached .html statement file, enter my access code and view the statement.
September's statement has a new layout, and, while I can still enter the access code, I can't view the statement at all. If I choose the "print" option, I can only print the cover page. As far as I can tell from the associated guidelines, I have all the correct plug-ins etc. Does anyone know if there's some new wizardry that I need to use to view my actual statement? |
