Like many others, I applied to the IRS for my proof of residency this summer (I'm American). I just found out that they denied my application, because when I filed taxes this year, I told them I was in Korea. (So, therefore I don't live in America.)

I'm leaving on Saturday, and I think my school is going to take out all my taxes from the year. Is there anything I can do? Is there any way to call the Korean Tax office?
