Hi, so my motorbike is currently registered in Incheon to my former address. I am no livng in seoul and wish to have the plates changed. I dont have major issues doing this. but i am very broke at the moment and need to know how much it will cost. is it the same as before when i paid on the value of the vehicle or is it a flat charge. cheers in advance for your input.

If you haven't done so, you should change your address with your Gu office (on your ARC) and on your driver's licence. (You could be fined, otherwise.) You will probably have to get new licence plates, but it won't cost much (what you originally paid probably included insurance as well). Good idea to notify your insurance company, too.

(If you are just changing Gus within Seoul they don't make you change your plates, but you should still change your address.)

I think you should be able to do everything at the Yongsan-gu office. Give them a call. Here is the website: http://english.yongsan.go.kr/
