So, as I understood a certificate can both increase the chances of getting a job and a higher salary.
I was looking online and there are plenty online courses. Are they looked upon the same as the on campus ones? If not, are they accepted at all?
I guess it depends on the school, I was looking at ICAL which claim they are the oldest online course provider.
Any thoughts?
Thanks. |

In Korea, an online one is all you need to get a higher salary. It doesn't matter if it was from online or a campus, they're all considered the same in Korea. It might be different in other countries though. |

Its too bad but a crappy online course, with no teaching practicum or anything is worth the same as my CELTA.
The above poster is correct, most of the rest of the world knows that online courses in TESOL/TEFL are mostly crap and treat them as such. |
