Just picked up a new phone.
Having a few problems getting video and mp3 files into it !!!! I can do photos no problems at all.
The internal memory isnt great - but I have a 4GB MicroSD card.
I have Samsung PC Studio but still no luck.
Anyone have any personal expereicne?

It's likely that all video/audio files will have to be converted to Samsung's proprietary format before the phone will play them.
That's why I won't buy a smartphone until they sort that nonsense out. If it doesn't play normal MP3 and Xvid, then I don't want it. |

Same here. I haven't been able to get any mp3s on my phone. I've heard from co-workers that you have to have a usb to put the mp3s into the phone. My phone never came with one though... |

Most likely you gotta use something like the stupid Melon player or some other proprietary format to put the songs on there.
Oh yeah, you probably gotta go buy a separate data cable also. |
