For those who are married or about to get married only. (GF's dont count.)
Im just really curious. Reason im asking is that i've met ALOT of foreigners who are in their mid to late 20's married to 30+ year old korean girls ( or have a age gap.) You see alot of older guys with younger korean girls too but I tend to notice the younger males with older korean girls alot more. They pop out from the crowd. Maybe no one else notice this?
In my case, I'M in mid 20's and wife is younger than me. We met when she was 20 and me 21 i think. |

I'm no expert on the subject, but I submit there are a whole lot of unmarried smoking hot thirty something korean women who find twenty something men attractive. Because many Korean men are too ashamed to date someone older than them, it's score for the more open minded westerners who don't care how old you are so long as you're hot. Kudos, gentlemen, kudos. |

But in a few years time, they are no longer so hot. |

It's because once a k gal is past 30, no Korean will touch her.
And for an under 30 to marry a foreigner, a k gal basically wants to cut herself out of Korean society - she wants to leave Korea eventually. |

Asian women seem to age nicely and retain their younger looks longer in comparison to western women though. Many western women seem not age so well after 30 *puts tin hat on*
At 25 they look 20
At 30 they look 25
At 35 they look 25
At 40 they look 25
At 45 they look 30
(ok, perhaps slightly exaggerating a tad ) |

My GF of two years is a couple of years older than me. Most of the K women I have dated have been older than me. The younger ones were always boring as [Mod Edit]. Younger women here seem to be much less mature socially/mentally, than elsewhere. It was like dating a 14 year old, (in a woman's body, of course ). |

I'm mid-thirties, she's two and a half years older. Never crosses my mind except when thinking about having children. I couldn't imagine trying to get serious with any of the twentysomethings I've met.
I figure there's something "wrong" with my wife the same way there's something wrong with me. We've both chosen a lifestyle far outside the norm for our respective cultures, a couple of oddballs who found each other and decided to make a go of it. |
