Hi,
are poeple who had to travel to Japan from Korea supposed to get the full 1.3 million Enterance Allowance? I've received yes and no answers to this question. |

| Actually, there is no right or wrong answer. Rather, the 1.3 million is allocated on a gradient scale that is largely influenced - and perhaps even directly related to - spelling ability. |
