Anyone know a restaurant in Seoul that serves either of these two dishes? |

What does horse taste like? I've eaten rabbit, bison, and deer. |

That depends on how you eat it and what pat you eat it, much like beef. Ive had raw horse in japan which was amazing. So light and tender. Horse liver is served here as well, I don't know where, which is supposed to be more of an acquired taste. I would imagine that Korean style Goat or Horse would be delicious, as they have not failed in their preparation of any other meats I've tried here. I suggest you try it though! |

Jeju Horse 육회 is amazing. There's a restaurant near Sadang that serves Jeju horse but the price is high and the portions on the small side. |
