|
|
| I recently had my account set up so I could do bank transfer to my US account by ATM at KB. However, the first time I used this method the teller pushed all the buttons for me and used the Korean screen. Now that I want to do it using the English menu I'm not sure what to push. (I know this sounds silly because I should be able to read it in english and decipher it, but it's worded very strangely. Thought I had done it correctly, but the money never moved accounts.) Can anybody tell me what I need to do? Thanks! |

insert card
select "english"
select "transfer"
select "overseas remittance" (rather than transferring to another korean bank)
you should see your account information that you previously set up
self explanatory from there |

I need to try this, last time I was transferring money at KB the process took far too long.
If you've transferred before, can you use the ATM's to do it, or does it require a special set up? |
