Hello,
Does anyone have any information on or perhaps work at, or send your children to a bilingual school in Korea? My child is approaching school age. I would like my child to have strong literacy skills in both Korean and English. We will likely be leaving Korea within a few years, but will start schooling here. I'm having a hard time finding information regarding any type of bilingual schools, but I've heard there are at least three in existence. Can anyone provide any information? Much appreciated... |

If you do get some helpful answers, please let me know, in case you get them through PMs.
Originally, I thought I would have left Korea by the time my first one would start school, but it seems more likely than ever now that she'll start school in Korea. |

I work at what is considered an "immersion" elementary school. Kids get about half of their day in English instruction including math, science, social studies, PE, and a wide range of language arts.
There are 2 other schools in the Sungbuk-gu area (north of Daehangno) that offer similar programs. Hit me up via PM and I'll forward more details on to you. |
