Does anyone know where they might sell things from the U.S?
Oh, besides Namdaemun. They have the same things and it doesn't get any better. Actually what i'm looking for is Halloween treats and not Costco's.

I can't really think of places to get halloween treats per say. But there is a market in Itaewon. It's right down the street across from hamiliton hotel. Just keep walking straight and its on your left side. It's like a little hole in the wall but sometimes they have different stuff including candy. (the shop has no name but it has a red rimmed door).

Hope it helps

yeah, the "red door" as it's called is pretty good but i don't think they have a large (if any) selection on those fun size candy bars.

on the next street there's another little mart, like a south-asian feel, they have some candy - though i haven't seen any small treats yet. walk, drive, or crawl east toward the fire station, turn right (south) and it'll be on your left. it's almost next to What-the-Book bookstore.

there's also the Hannam Market (near Itaewon) that others have mentioned. I have driven all around that area and have yet to find it.

lastly, most large supermarkets have candy assortments - but they'd be korean

super-lastly, you could just look on gmarket. i just did a search for snickers and there were a dozen or so hits on snicker minis - for about 21,000 won a bag. i also searched for skittles, and although they don't have any minis, there were some regular-size bags in a box (24 pack) for 17,000 won. ok one more...let's search! i found some Twix for just over 17,000 plus shipping of course.

but you should know that often these people online, and sometimes small markets will just buy their goods from costco anyways. why are you not willing to shop at costco?

Emart has both mini-twix and mini-snickers bars, but they're kinda pricey... Small bag was around 11k...

Apparently the "Red Door Store" in Itaewon is closing soon.

Last time I was there (about a week ago), the shelves were half empty and the woman who owns the place told me that the US Army is really cracking down on black market food items and that everyone on base must now use a ration card for any purchases from the supermarket on base, and that each person has a set to a monthly spending limit based on the number of dependents he/she has). I guess that she is now unable to get a reliable supply of goods and is basically trying to sell off current inventory before shutting down for good. I even asked if I could order something right now and she said it was impossible. Kind of a bummer since a lot of the things she carried just weren't available elsewhere (Namdaemun, Costco, Hannam Supermarket, etc.).

Also, I would imagine that this is probably going to have an effect on the other black market stores in Namdaemun and Hannam Supermarket.

Costco has Halloween themed candy but the lollipops were expensive. You'd be better off buying their giant bag of Snickers or associated mix and just handing them out.

Thanks for all the help. I didn't want to buy from Costco because all the kids always say oh it's from Costco. Wanted to get the kids something different and something that they have never eaten before.
But, once again thank you .
