I've worked there part-time in the winter once. I really enjoyed the experience. Most of the students there speak very good English, as most of them seem to attend international school, or are students who study abroad and come back during vacations.
THe people I worked with were really friendly, and Paul (the boss) was a nice guy.
THey don't only teach English classes, they teach other subjects in English as well. I taught U.S. History, and some writing classes. Anyways it was refreshing to teach something other than English Conversation to the average korean student.
Oh, but I should add the job does often require significantly more prep than working at a typical hakwon job. |
