I havn't checked availability here yet. But I think we already know the answer. What with the iPhone fiasco and all.

Coupled with the fact that they're using 3G technology, I would put the odds at a firm 15% chance.

Problem is if you want to download something on that 3G network, you have to pay AT&Ts roaming charge of $1.99 in addition to the price of the actual download. That could get mighty expensive if you get a couple newspapers per day wirelessly.

That leaves the option of just downloading to your computer and using the USB to transfer it. If that's true, it's the same as it is now.

Here's an idea....if you're so into the Kindle, why not write to amazon and ask them instead of a bunch of people who work in Korea and have no affiliation with amazon?

Nah! That'd be too logical.

No, there's only one side of my bed I can get out from as the other side is a wall. Although it would be cool if I could go through that wall!

I responded the way I did because the guy has asked several times, bumping the thread and still getting no answers. Perhaps he should try something a bit more likely to be successful.

I'm a paper reader. I suppose I'll give the Kindle a try one day. Who knows, I might be a switcher.
