Hey!
I was wondering what world news sites you would recommend. The BBC is pretty good, but it does focus a lot on England. What is your primary news source for international affairs? |

| I use Reuters. It's got an American focus that might turn off others, but then again, I'm American, so it's works for me. It's blissfully pundit free as long as you avoid the op-ed articles. |

I mainly use CNN.com just because it has more American news which I'm interested in, but it has a big World division as well.
Also, I go to Yahoo.com to read the news. Although they use reuters or AP for most of their info, it's also a really good place to get news. |

| Yeah. I usually stick to CNN, even though the stories are a bit boring. |

Audio / video / reading????
For reading I believe you can't beat either the Guardian / IHT or especially Slate or CSM
This is a cool site for getting your newspaper online from home
http://www.onlinenewspapers.com/
For up to date stuff - Reuters.
For audio NPR
For video/online watching - Al Jazeera. Download Livestation and watch with BBC for free. Streams perfectly and you get lots of info. from around the world.
Cheers,
DD

| MSN and Yahoo. I also read other things on occasion like New York Times and Wall Street Journal as well as many others that come up in searches. Most of the world news comes from only one source; the AP though there is regional and local news in local news papers everywhere you go some of which becomes world news when the AP publishes an article. |

The International Herald Tribune has been my homepage for a while now. I would rather they not be affiliated with the NYT, but they almost always have really good articles on a wide variety of subjects. The layout is clean, and it's easy to find news from all over.
