Hey
I have an account with KB Star and have internet banking but I cannot find the option to send money back home online (UK). I was wondering if anyone could help especially as no one in the branch speaks a word of English and i need to send some money home asap

I don't think you can.
I was with KB for two years and had internet banking but it wasn't possible to do an online transfer to an overseas account. I always had to either go into the branch (for the first year) and then to an ATM when they introduced ATM transfers.
This may have changed now, I don't know - I dumped KB and went to KEB and never looked back!  |
