Everytime I transfer money to my US bank acct. there is $20 missing from the transfer.... I pay 18,000 won to shinhan for transfer fees, and I pay $16 to my US BB&T bank for an incoming wire transfer fee... But $20 is still mysteriously missing from my incoming transfer....

Shinhan says BB&T bank is charging me this.....but BB&T says they are definitly not charging me this, its shinhan...

I grilled a Shinhan employee for 30 minutes today and finally he told me Shinhan "might" not transfer it directly to my bank and they "might" go through a third party.... I asked "well do you or don't you?" Then he said "uuuhhhh I don't know"

I had Hanna bank last year and I never had any missing money or Mysterious fees?

What is going on???
What should I do?
