I was stuck today flying in the wrong direction with a flight to a country I had no visa for. So I booked a flight to Canada and had to cancel the other flight. The money had to be refunded to the school and I asked if they could wire it to me in two weeks when it arrived. That cancelled flight was 650,000 and the new flight was 972,000. The school found out about this paid the 972000 even though it was a return ticket. Then then said they would wait for the refund for two weeks to to recover part of their costs.

This all took 2 hours and they only asked me to give 20000 to cover the refund costs. I thought it was a class act by an epic school office lady. After all my complaining I left on a postive note.
