I teach at a hagwon in Seoul and have been here for about two months. I'm wondering if anyone out there has recruited and found teachers for their schools and made money on the side doing so. If so, how has the experience been? Is it possible? I feel like I could do a better job than a Korean recruiter, because of the language issue and because I wouldn't lie, like my recruiter did to me.
