A friend of a friend overstayed her (student) visa and was kicked out, and is now trying to get back into Korea to continue studying. Anyone know of a good site for Korean immigration advice (in English) that I can refer her to? |

You could try hitting up Seoul Help center, but in most cases they will simply tell you to contact the immigration office.
I would suggest taking a visit to the immigration office yourself,(on her behalf) or for her to contact the Korean consulate in her own country, or even the office of international affairs (the folks in charge of international students) at university she was studying at before deportation, to find out what her next available options might be.
If you do happen to find a website with comprehensive immigration information in English, please post about it. |
