Does a teacher have to return to the USA to get all their documents if they are living in another country - teaching for a year or 2 and then wanting to teach in Korea - or can the documentation be done through the mail?

Lets say you are teaching in China - then want to go to Korea next?

How is it all done without returning to the USA?
