A few things:
- Do schools typically put all of their teachers in the same building? It doesn't matter really, I'm just curious.
- I'm going to be living in an officetel, any advice? I've heard the utility costs are typically higher when living in an officetel. I honestly don't know much about these...I assume it's just a bigger building used for business offices and living arrangements too. What should I expect? If I take this job, I will be in the new Songdo City, btw.
- Did you have a television provided? Obviously I'm not going to bring my TV from the states, but I'm not sure if there is one provided (haven't gotten the contract yet). I know LG and Samsung are around, so is it pretty easy to find a good, cheap TV?

-Depends. Yes for my school (2 of us)
-Just an apartment building by Western standards. Some of the lower floors will have offices. Usually has a security guard and maintenance fees that you pay through the nose for.
-Yes, provided in my contract. |
