How long before Dell Korea ships systems with Win7 English

Right now on the Dell Korea website you can configure a system with Windows 7. This is not a system with Vista and they mail you an upgrade disc later.

But right now the options are only for Korean language versions of Win 7. I sent them an email about when Win 7 in English will be available but I was wondering if anyone has a feel for how long?
