So I just got SK internet/cable/VoIP... It was working great. Then I unplugged the modem so I could plug in the vacuum. When I plugged the modem back in, I had a problem. Nothing can access the internet now. The cable is out. The phone is out. My computer can see a LAN, but it can't connect to the internet. Even when I plug the internet cable directly into the computer, it can't access the internet.

Anybody know what the problem is? Any suggestions?
