My web site seems to be blocked by KT.

Can anyone NOT using KT try to access:

www.scubainkorea.com


...and let me know what happens (and which ISP you used)?

The IP is 98.136.50.189

When I ping it the request times out.

I CAN access through a proxy which makes me believe KT is blocking access for some reason, but I want to check other ISPs as well.

I have a KT guy looking into it (they are my provider) but I don't think they are the problem. He *thinks* I may have gotten caught up in a DNS attack.

Accessed site just fine with both my KT and C & M connections

Well, I know why I can't get in.

According to KT, my site was ordered blocked by the Korean government two days ago. I have no idea why.

KT says they'll talk to some government folks today and get back to me, but at4pm on a Friday, I am not convinced there will be anyone to speak to at a government office.

I'm with SK, I couldn't get to it yesterday. I just tried again and there it is. Must be unblocked.
