I have no idea. Thank you for letting us know about this because I had not heard anything about it.

It is absolutely terrifying if so. I don't know how that speaker in the video knows about the martial law/currency revamping connections he claims, but he is not the first to make such allegations.

It may well be as you say, but I have no further rinformation.

I think anything from the daily mail should be taken with a bucket of salt.
