Hi guys,

I got the Samsung Anycall SCH-W720 cell phone which seems to be pretty common/standard in korea

I cant for the life of me figure out how to add mp3s as a ringtone. I have both a USB cable and a miniSD card for my phone. I have tried adding MP3's and selecting it under file viewer but it says file not supported.

is it not possible to add my own mp3s as ringtones? im sure someone on this board has tackled this issue before

thanks for your help!

No.

They want you to pay for their ringtones, which you download.

Welcome to Korea.

But please don't complain about anything in Korea being expensive, because you can go to some hold-in-the-wall dirty spoon restaurant that hasn't seen a re-paint since 1956 and get bi-bim-bap for 3,500 won. Rolling Eyes

Find the song you like with them on a ringtones website.
Pay one of your Ss to download, then transfer it your phone.
