Hey guys.
Just really curious about JLS.
Do they really expect you to work 6 day work week?
They seem to be offering quite a good contract.
The pay is definitely higher than other hogwons.
Pay similar to CDI level maybe little better.
Anyways, what is the work environment like?
Do I need to expect work to be taken home like grading papers, writing reports, etc.
If you guys can share your experiences I would really appreciate it.
And if you can sepecifiy which location you guys worked at.
Thank you all in advance. |

I have never heard of anyone working a 6 day work week with the possible exception of some Korean English teachers. Are you gypopo? From what I know, the Korean English teachers are paid extremely well, but get no paid vacation except for official Korean holidays. Of course, if you are hired as a Korean English teacher, you will be expected to bring a laptop to work and buy a screen projector out of your own pocket money. |
