Have you used Andrew Finch's "Tell Me More" in your class? If so, in which situation did you use it? Level? Age? What are your thoughts about it?
Thank you. |

I've been using it this year, at a commerical high school. The materials are a little dated in terms of design, so I have been redesigning some of them as I go. This is to suit my particular needs, and also because sometimes the pages don't print so well. The great thing about TMM is it's easily adaptable to your situation. You'll have to make a lot of materials yourself, so a laminator is essential. Powerpoint presentations can complement the materials, but keep them simple. |

For some of my advanced level afterschool classe's I've used "Peer Dictation". Just paste the paragragh page to the blackboards and have groups compete to copy the paragragh. Use lots of tape to paste the paragraph to the board. Just in case one clown decides to remove it. I also really like the surveys. The Have you ever with Korean translation is good too.For low level classes I've used the preposition diagrams and the clothes.v The 20 questions page is also good. |

I've been using it in the teachers class. Since it is designed for freshman uni students, some ex's are no interest to them. There's far too much material for one 40 min lesson a week, so skip here and there. |
