Creeped out when it was a common term used in other administrations ie: The Drug Czar? Or only creeped out when that leftist, socialist, commie, nazi, not born in America, Obama uses it? |

If you read my posts, you will find that I discriminate equally against both sides of the political spectrum. |

He's definitely a pedophile. Sotomayer is a racist. Obama put them in office, so he is a criminal. Right? |

I am not surprised you would defend him.

. GLSEN believes the early sexualization of children can be beneficial. This means that virtually any sexual activity as well as exposure to graphic sexual images and material, is not just permissible but good for children, as part of the process of discovering their sexuality. |

"I released his arms. They glided around my neck, pulling my head down to his. I stretched full length on top of him, our heads touching. Our heavy breathing from the struggle gradually subsided. I felt ---" and then follows a graphic description of a homosexual encounter between two ten- year- old boys who are playmates, in a childhood recollection of Malcolm Boyd, an Episcopal priest, in Growing Up Gay/ Growing Up Lesbian, ed. Bennett Singer, New Press, 1994, p.100. This book is part of recommended reading by GLSEN for 7-12th grade students.
Nice reading, eh? Hater Depot, is this what you recommend to your kids? |

"5. In GLSEN material, the "cool" adults-parents, teachers and counselors--are those who encourage students to embrace homosexuality and cross-dressing. They also allow adult-level freedoms and let children associate with questionable teens or adults.
"'The first time I said anything I was fourteen. I told this social worker. I told him I had feelings for women....He was really cool. He ran around giving me all this information and he gave me the number for the gay and lesbian center. He helped me a lot. He opened the door.'" ( From Free Your Mind: The Book for Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual Youth-and Their Allies, [cited above], p. 35)." |
I certainly wouldn't want me kids even considering being gay if they're below 18. And if they thought they might be, I wouldn't help them explore their feelings. I'd provide no support and hope they just forgot about it. / Sarcasm btw.
It's good for kids to be made aware of sexuality. You don't suddenly get sexual feelings when you reach 16 or 18 and it's an important part of growing up. And the main goal of GLSEN is to stop anti-gay feelings in school / society. It seems entirely reasonable to advocate education about these issues. |

Young children experience sexual feelings. Why shouldn't they be educated about those feelings?
I'm sick of children being messed up by Christian "values." |

Well, all I can say are these words of the Mishna -
"He who looks for evil everywhere without, is evil all within. "
Rabbi Judah was spot on in terms of this issue.....

I wouldn't go out labeling them as being specifically "Christian" values. A lot of ideologies and belief systems impressed on children shun/suppress sexuality or the attainment of sexual pleasure, including western philosophical values based in the Platonic school of thought, Buddhism, Bahai'ism, sects of Hinduism, Gnosticism, and South Koreaism. This is not meant as an apologetic of any kind, but just to state a fact. Many people believe that openness about foo-king leads to societal decay. |

At 10 years of age? It's why Jennings is for NAMBLA,http://www.nambla.org/, and the queering of America. Fox...are you for NAMBLA too?
I haven't really spoke out on homosexuality, but if you want to screw up kids then do it at private schools. Keep the public schools out of it. |
