If you are in Korea, KEISIE offer a 100 hour TEFL for 200,000 won ($250 from outside). You can pay by bank transfer or Korean credit card. With the current exchange rate, this works out to be less than $170. The dollar used to be $200, but I think it was increased when the exchange rate went up to around 1,600, as their TEFL is based in Korea.
