So I have a contract phone in my friends name that i want to transfer into my name. Does anybody know how i can go about doing this. Is it easy? I can have someone speak Korean for me to help without problem. Its LG if that helps.

2. put phone in her hand

3. dial number for LG

4. let her speak nonsence for ten minutes

5. answer

thats one option i guess and thats pretty much what i'll do (though i personally hate to rely on people a great deal to do stuff for me but some things are hard alone)

anyhow, i'm really looking for peoples experience on the matter.

I changed the name of my cellphone a little while ago. I have an Anycall phone. I had to go to the main-office since my branch office are not very experienced. Then I let her talk Korean for a while, I showed my ARC, she showed her ID. Some more talking. Lots of papers I had to sign. Then I had to buy a new sim card and pay something like 20.000 won and a couple of minutes later the phone was working with my new sim card.

Yes, I kept the same number. I couldn't notice any difference.
