If you have an OEM key with the computer, you can just download the Korean OEM install cd and use your key.
For example my POS computer at school had Korean WinXP installed. I used the key to install an English version. Legal and maybe cheaper. |

| Good idea... I will ask my father-in-law to look for the Windows sticker on the side of the machine. Couldn't hurt to get lucky! |
