I'm not sure about a decent phonecard. I think cell phone calls are the cheapest, although I don't speak with authority. What I can tell you is that I call the UK for 400 won per minute using 00700 from a cell phone. That's about 23 pence a minute. Not bad considering that a call from a landline in the UK to Korea costs 1 pound twenty per minute. Any other queries, just PM me. |

I'm using www.savingcard.co.kr at the moment, very good value for money.
If your have a landline in the UK a BT chargecard will get billed straight to that account, less hassle if your DD's back home are in order. |
